How is it that I always manage to decided I'm gonna start this process the week I start my cycle?

Wow, this is gonna be tough...
But I'm not gonna use it as an excuse this time.
Nope, I'm sure not.

I wasn't good this weekend, at all.
(I said I'd start Monday... haha)
I figured I might as well enjoy it while I can.
I've decided on a lifestyle change so I might as well suck it up.

For a first day, I'm certainly struggling.
My lunch was good but it dang sure didn't feel me up.
I used 2 slices of turkey, 2 slices of tomato and some mustard and wrapped it up in 2 leaves of lettuce. I don't think I could eat it every day but it's something new I know I can tolerate.

The only thing holding me over is I'm going to a friend's house for dinner and she's making chili that I don't know is how unhealthy so I'm trying to save as many calories as I can...

I want to try WeightWatchers.
I just don't want to pay for it.
Can someone tell me how many points I can have?
And where I can get the points book thingy?

I got onto to make calorie counting easier.
It put me at 1200 calorie diet, which I have done before.
I want to lose 2 pounds a week.
I did it while on Alli, just not sure if I can do it without.

I am taking some pills, but I doubt they work...
Simply because I've taken plenty of different ones and only had success with Alli. But anyway, after this bottle I don't think I'm gonna take anymore. If I start eating healthier and not trying to cheat I'm hoping to be more successful.

I do have a helpful situation at my hands.
I've been noticing a certain someone staring at my GUT when we have a conversation. Hers is not any smaller than mine so I am bound and determine to give her something to look at! ugh

Hey girl. Try eating that on a wheat tortilla. It'll make you think it's more of a sandwich wrap. It helps, and the wheat is good for ya. Any motivation is good motivation. And good luck. The cycle is definitely a hard week to start something. Temptations suck. But I know you can do it!! :)

You have got to find something the will fill you up or at least have a snack, when you are hungry your mind isn't in loosing weight you like pretzels? weight watchers lets you have like a handful of pretzels for a 1 point snack..I don't know how many but I know it is at least a handful. Peanuts are a good filler if you don't pig outon them. just chew them for a long time before you swallow and it should help with your hunger.

I know you can do it if you just put your mind to it..feed yourself tho or your mind is gonna say ok you didn't eat enough at lunch so you can cheat a little bit at dinner! Yous hould beable to have a little bit of everything in modersation, even chili. You just can't get carried away with it.

I have people stare at my gut all the time! I'm like what you never seen a pregnant person before or what! So at least you don't have that!! LOL that is funny tho that you actually notice someone noticing your belly.

Good luck on that and I will try to find the free points on the weight watchers for ya.

I'm on my cycle this week too, and I'll be having my Mirean appointment on Thursday, which is going to screw me up.
You should have a snack in between meals. Something that's healthy for you, that can keep you full. It's bad to go so hungry at times.
