1138 for Yesterday

Glad I had some to spare because I'm not certain exactly how many calories were in the chili I ate. As with other things, I have to guestimate sometimes.

oatmeal 320
1/2 cup raspberries 32
1/2 cup blueberries 41
turkey lettuce wrap 78
2 chocolate cupcapes 320
raisins 45
1/2 cup bluberries 41
homemade chili 261

Yeah, just think how many calories I could've spared without the cupcakes! I couldn't help it, they were the best I've ever made! I know not to make them very often anymore.

I struggled yesterday, if you can't tell by all the snacks.
I've got to start experimenting with more filling foods.

I only did cardio yesterday morning. -179 calories

That good that you had that many left!

I make it to put over the chicken and rice and vegies when we have them..OH it is yummy for sure! We skipped out onthe vegies last night tho. OOPS!

You are like me... cakes of any sort are your weakness. I can be full the the brim and I will still make myself eat a slice of cake or a cupcake. It sucks. haha. Anyways. You did good. Great job.
