I lost a pound!
Woot Woot

I'll admit, I was very nervous stepping on that scale.
But a pound lost is better than anything gained!

The stir fry was a Weight Watchers recipe and it was hella good! Even the hubbs liked it! I will try to put up the recipe next week. I had 2 servings of course. There was no way I could only eat 1 cup total of food...
