5 days

I think I can officially say I've been soda/tea free for 5 days!
I'm super duper excited about this. Seriously!

snacks

I was a total snackaholic yesterday.
BUT I didn't go over my points!
I made sure I reached them actually, got all 24!

2 packs oatmeal - 6pts
1 tbsp flax - 1pt
soup - 3pts
apples w/caramel - 2pts
string cheese - 7pts
lean cuisine - 5pts

I did 15 mins on the elliptical in the AM and PM.
I tried to do 30 in the PM but it just wasn't gonna happen.

The real test starts tomorrow morning.
Trying to keep on track during the weekend...
I think I can handle the food but exercise might be hard.
My goal is to at least do it once a day on the weekend.

I've decided my weigh in day will be August 29th.
That will have been 5 weeks.
The goal is 5 pounds.
I'll only set higher goals when I can start reaching small ones.
cross your fingers for me!

This is day 5 with no soda/tea!
I know it sounds dumb to some of you but I dare you to try, it sucks! haha

Club Sun (where I tan) has a new diet pill, it's all natural.
She gave me a sample and I've taken it. Can't wait to see what happens.
I wanted to do it cold turkey but a little push couldn't hurt.
We'll see if it makes me jittery or not, and that will be the decider.

I did want to try Allli again but I don't think I could manage counting fat grams and points. It would get entirely too hard and I really would be deprived. But maybe I'll change my mind over time, depending how it all works out...

Day 4

I'm feeling much better today.
I think I may have finally beat that nasty drug (caffeine).
And btw, I'm mainly doing the no soda/tea for those horrid kidney stones I have. If you've ever had one, you know the pain. They are not something that I want to get bigger or to get more.

I had a teeny tiny headache that pretty much annoyed me all day yesterday but it was nothing compared to Tuesday. So, I do believe the worst is over. (ask the hubbs how I almost killed him when he asked me to get him a glass of sweet tea.)

I only did 15 mins on the elliptical yesterday morning but I did 30 last night. Super proud of myself. The hubbs had never seen me sweat like that (says he)... Those aren't exactly the pointers I want to hear but whatever.

I only had 22 points yesterday.
I know, I know I'm supposed to be eat all 24.
Does having 28 on Tues not make up for it??? haha
I just need to get some 2 pt snacks to keep around...

Bagelful - 4 pts
Salad - 7 pts
Fiber One Bar - 2 pts
3 Tacos - 9 pts

Funny fact -
Those Volcano Tacos I used to eat every day are 19 freakin' points! WOW

3rd day

28 points yesterday. oops

I did the elliptical for 20 mins in the morning but not in the afternoon. Bad, I know. BUT there was no way I was gonna survive it. My head was about to explode. I think it may have been my first ever migraine. And I'm not entirely sure is was strictly to do with lack of caffeine... I've got to stop letting all the other bad things in my life take a toll on me...

I want to say thanks to those of you who comment, give support, etc. It is extremely appreciated as I get it from no where else. So thank you guys very much!

It is sad to say but at this point it's more about proving everyone wrong than doing it for myself. But who knows, maybe taking it from that angle will work better!

22 points yesterday

My allowance is 24 so I'm proud of myself!

2 packs oatmeal - 5 pts

BK tendergrill salad - 7 pts

I struggled, it was a rough day.
The hardest part was no soda. I was doing ok until I went to BK to get our dinner and Kevin wanted a Dr. Pepper. I struggled all the way home, even teared up a little. I should not want something that bad. Seriously. Maybe I shouldn't try to do it cold turkey but I need to set stronger goals or I'll never do this. Ever. I keep telling myself that if I can just do it now that I'll be able to have a sweet tea every night with dinner once I'm healthier.

My WW points calculator is super nifty.
It's gonna make this much easier I think.

I worked out twice yesterday.
15 mins on the elliptical in the morning and then again when I got home. I also did crunches and arms in the afternoon. Yes, I know that doesn't sound like very much but I'm not about to over do it and be sore and then not be able to work out for a few days. And honeslty, my legs are a little sore from just that little bit so I'm glad I didn't do more...

struggle

I'm struggling hard core this morning.
I mean, hardfuckingcore!

Prolly because I didn't eat a big dinner.
Then I worked out this morning.
And only had oatmeal for breakfast.

I guess I could have a light snack but I'm trying really hard not to...

& let me just say I'm irritated at how many calories Flax Seed has. I only put 1 tbsp in my oatmeal but it's still annoying. Guess I'll just have to wait and see how many Points it has...

I've started a goal.
No soda or tea. WATER only!
I'll keep you posted on how many days I have under my belt when I get about a week through it.

I was hoping to get my points calculator in the mail yesterday.
But I didn't. Of course...
So, I'll be writing everything down and catching up when I finally get it.

Right now, I'm super motivated.

Fell off again!

I got a Weight Watchers Points Calculator on Ebay.
Now just waiting on it to come in.
Hopefully it will help me out, a lot.
I've been bad. And I feel bad.
But I still do nothing about it. ugh
