Peanuts are a good filler if you don't pig outon them. just chew them for a long time before you swallow and it should help with your hunger.<br /><br />I know you can do it if you just put your mind to it..feed yourself tho or your mind is gonna say ok you didn't eat enough at lunch so you can cheat a little bit at dinner! Yous hould beable to have a little bit of everything in modersation, even chili. You just can't get carried away with it.<br /><br />I have people stare at my gut all the time! I'm like what you never seen a pregnant person before or what! So at least you don't have that!!
