I was bad yesterday...
No working out.
& no counting calories (cause I knew it was bad).
But my foot is half way back in today.
I'm gonna start going to the track on Post after work.
Jogging in the neighborhood isn't working out. The hills cause my calves to hurt and then I don't do it again until it stops hurting. So I'm gonna try and get some strength in my legs while I can still get on Post and hopefully by the time Kevin's out I can jog the neighborhood without fail.
I have made 3 Weight Watchers recipes so far and the hubbs like em all! How exciting is that???
