motivated, again

Somehow I've found motivation again.
Let's see how long it lasts this time...

Kevin starts his new job next Monday.
He'll probably get nights which is totally gonna suck.
Except I'll have nothing better to do than walk on the treadmill all night...

Day 50

Today is the 50th day of no soda or tea.

Can you believe I don't even want it anymore?
Not even tea!

I wanted to start this week off right and get on the treadmill this morning but that didn't happen. I stayed up later than usual and slept in late. oops!

But I do intend on getting my butt on there this afternoon!

forgot

I forgot to weigh in this morning.

Most likely because I knew I hadn't lost the 2 pounds...

But the treadmill is fixed and I intend to start using it this weekend. It's time to get back on the track. Full speed ahead!

Still here

Another weigh in tomorrow.
I'm dreading it hard core,
thinking I may just skip it all together...

I haven't been doing cardio.
I have been doing abs and arms but not consistently.

UPS finally came yesterday w/the lube for the treadmill.
Kevin's got it working like it's brand new.

Looks like that's what I'll be doing tonight.

I'm kinda scared...
I know most people think an elliptical is better than a treadmill but I know from personal experience that a treadmill is better for me. I distinctly remember the day I was sooo excited after I joined the gym and spent 30 minutes on the treadmill. Then the next day my entire body was sore. Places hurt that I didn't even know I had or had ever used before! So to me, a treadmill is a total body workout. The only thing the elliptical has ever hurt is my calves and hip joints! haha

I'm back to full motivation today.
I'm determined to try on a pair of skinny jeans and not look ridiculous before Christmas is here!
