22 points yesterday

My allowance is 24 so I'm proud of myself!

2 packs oatmeal - 5 pts
1 tbsp flax - 1 pt
2 string cheese - 4 pts
healthy choice - 5 pts
BK tendergrill salad - 7 pts

I struggled, it was a rough day.
The hardest part was no soda. I was doing ok until I went to BK to get our dinner and Kevin wanted a Dr. Pepper. I struggled all the way home, even teared up a little. I should not want something that bad. Seriously. Maybe I shouldn't try to do it cold turkey but I need to set stronger goals or I'll never do this. Ever. I keep telling myself that if I can just do it now that I'll be able to have a sweet tea every night with dinner once I'm healthier.

My WW points calculator is super nifty.
It's gonna make this much easier I think.

I worked out twice yesterday.
15 mins on the elliptical in the morning and then again when I got home. I also did crunches and arms in the afternoon. Yes, I know that doesn't sound like very much but I'm not about to over do it and be sore and then not be able to work out for a few days. And honeslty, my legs are a little sore from just that little bit so I'm glad I didn't do more...

Hey! I've been doing WW with Kelli for almost 3 years now. So if you have any questions, let me know!

You should eat all the points you get. I used to do the same thing and leave a couple left over, but it will end up backfiring! Trust me!

Im on WW... if you dont eat all your points daily you wont lose, you end up gaining. Thats something they stress hardcore at the meetings. TRUST ME! I have lost over 70lbs in 15mons & I have kept it off.

where did you get your ww counter and all? I'm thinking about starting it.. If you find you're dieing for something other than water, grab a vitamin water!! They are super good. OR get some crystal lite/slim quick mix packets. Vitamin water is a LIFE SAVER for me sometimes I just have to have a little taste of something, so I grab one. :) I don't know about the ww pts, but i know there's only like 40 cals in a serving for most vitamin waters. :) Good luck girl. If I can do it, you can do it!! :)
