I struggled, it was a rough day.
The hardest part was no soda. I was doing ok until I went to BK to get our dinner and Kevin wanted a Dr. Pepper. I struggled all the way home, even teared up a little. I should not want something that bad. Seriously. Maybe I shouldn't try to do it cold turkey but I need to set stronger goals or I'll never do this. Ever. I keep telling myself that if I can just do it now that I'll be able to have a sweet tea every night with dinner once I'm healthier.
My WW points calculator is super nifty.
It's gonna make this much easier I think.
I worked out twice yesterday.
15 mins on the elliptical in the morning and then again when I got home. I also did crunches and arms in the afternoon. Yes, I know that doesn't sound like very much but I'm not about to over do it and be sore and then not be able to work out for a few days. And honeslty, my legs are a little sore from just that little bit so I'm glad I didn't do more...
