Another weigh in tomorrow.
I'm dreading it hard core,
thinking I may just skip it all together...
I haven't been doing cardio.
I have been doing abs and arms but not consistently.
UPS finally came yesterday w/the lube for the treadmill.
Kevin's got it working like it's brand new.
Looks like that's what I'll be doing tonight.
I'm kinda scared...
I know most people think an elliptical is better than a treadmill but I know from personal experience that a treadmill is better for me. I distinctly remember the day I was sooo excited after I joined the gym and spent 30 minutes on the treadmill. Then the next day my entire body was sore. Places hurt that I didn't even know I had or had ever used before! So to me, a treadmill is a total body workout. The only thing the elliptical has ever hurt is my calves and hip joints! haha
I'm back to full motivation today.
I'm determined to try on a pair of skinny jeans and not look ridiculous before Christmas is here!
