oopsie

I didn't work out last night. ugh

It was a bad day and my hips wore still sore from just 10 mins on the elliptical. I know I shouldn't make excuses and the hubbs tried to get me to do something but I refused.

And tomorrow is weigh in day.
I'm almost positive I haven't lost a single pound....

On another note,
I stocked up on the Healthy Choice meals.
The one I had yesterday was super yummy and it was only 5 WW points!

I've been kinda keeping track of points.
ie: I do it all day at work but then not when I have dinner at home.
Bad, I know.

You don't have to work out every day to lose weight. Even parking farther out in the paking lot at work will help get your heart going.

It's okay, you dont have to work out every day. Just try to make it at least 3 times a week to start and go from there!

At the clinic the doc said even just walking a lil bit more than you normally do in a day is better than nothing.. ME? I feel horrible because I've BARELY worked out this week, but the scale still says less than what it had been, so I'm kind of ok with it.. Watch out on those Healthy choice meals.. Some sound really good, but eww.. the one I had last night was spinach Parmesan or something like that, sounded delicious...I wasn't able to eat it all. It was ok tasting, but I just couldn't eat a lot of it.. something made the taste a lil too strong or something..Just letting you know, so you'd have something to fall back on..unlike me last night, haha.. It's ok..I had cranraisins, 100 cal pack.. yum.. for a snack.
