I am NOT counting calories today.
Bad, I know.
BUT I'm having to drink cranberry juice. (cause I'm either finally passing a kidney stone or I have a UTI) And the bottle I had this morning was 280 calories! YIKES!
I do intend on going to the track after work.
& if it's raining I will do the elliptical at home!

I could never understand why cranberry juice has to be so loaded w/ calories?! I LOVE cranberry juice :( it's such a bummer :(
