BUT I'm having to drink cranberry juice. (cause I'm either finally passing a kidney stone or I have a UTI) And the bottle I had this morning was 280 calories! YIKES!
I do intend on going to the track after work. & if it's raining I will do the elliptical at home!
I only did the track once this week. Which is not good considering I intended on being able to do it twice a day next week. Right now my plan is to do it once on Monday and Tuesday and hopefully be prepared to do it twice the rest of the week.

I got rained out of going to the track. And yes, I should have done the elliptical at home but I didn't. I barely want to do it in the mornings. I'm sooo burnt out on it. I keep forgetting to ask my boss to sell me her Treadmill...

I find it really hard to believe that I only burned 213 calories jogging on the track in 99 degree heat, but whatever. And I didn't stop at 20 minutes, it took me 20 minutes to do the track...
My legs hurt so bad last night I could barley move. But thank the heavens they are not sore this morning! I guess all the stretching and scalding bath helped.
I was bad yesterday... No working out. & no counting calories (cause I knew it was bad).
But my foot is half way back in today.
I'm gonna start going to the track on Post after work. Jogging in the neighborhood isn't working out. The hills cause my calves to hurt and then I don't do it again until it stops hurting. So I'm gonna try and get some strength in my legs while I can still get on Post and hopefully by the time Kevin's out I can jog the neighborhood without fail.
I have made 3 Weight Watchers recipes so far and the hubbs like em all! How exciting is that???
The stir fry was a Weight Watchers recipe and it was hella good! Even the hubbs liked it! I will try to put up the recipe next week. I had 2 servings of course. There was no way I could only eat 1 cup total of food...
I'm gonna go ahead and predict that I the scale is not gonna be nice tomorrow.
Good news: My husband who only drinks Mt. Dew heard something about high fructose corn syrup and seriously told me he wasn't going to drink it anymore. I don't believe him but time will tell I guess. I asked him if he was not gonna eat anything that had it in it and he doesn't think too many things have it, but I'm gonna show him just how much. haha
Supposedly the Mt. Dew Throwback doesn't have it but that's only out for a limited time I think...???
He wanted to know wtf I was gonna be cooking since he only seen 2 things of hamburger meat in the fridge after my grocery store trip. I told him CHICKEN! As long as I don't let it get boring I think he'll tolerate it.
I haven't worked out all week! UGH But I will today when I get home!
Kevin is on leave so he's not getting up early and I just can't bring myself to get out of bed that early when he's still in it!
I was super surprised that the Kashi lunch was good yesterday. It's all natural and it was amazing that the chicken actually tasted like chicken and not cardboard! They are kinda expensive (cheaper than eating out though!) but that one was definitely worth it. I have another to try later this week.
We'll be going out to lunch today for a co-workers birthday. I'm gonna try my hardest to only order a salad...

I'm pretty sure I ate more than 619 calories last night. Between the sushi, shrimp, veggies and lots of rice, it's not looking good. But hey, I did drink WATER!
I hope I don't gain 5 pounds being at my parent's this weekend. That would suck major ass! Keep your fingers crossed for me!
I looked into Weight Watchers yesterday. I'm allowed 24 points a day and a 35 point allowance a week. I'm trying to find a place to get the books I need to show how many points everything is...
I just really think that would be easier for me than counting calories. I guess trial and error is the only way to find out. But, I can't do anything until I find the books. Ebay here I come!
Glad I had some to spare because I'm not certain exactly how many calories were in the chili I ate. As with other things, I have to guestimate sometimes.

Yeah, just think how many calories I could've spared without the cupcakes! I couldn't help it, they were the best I've ever made! I know not to make them very often anymore.
I struggled yesterday, if you can't tell by all the snacks. I've got to start experimenting with more filling foods.

Wow, this is gonna be tough... But I'm not gonna use it as an excuse this time. Nope, I'm sure not.
I wasn't good this weekend, at all. (I said I'd start Monday... haha) I figured I might as well enjoy it while I can. I've decided on a lifestyle change so I might as well suck it up.
For a first day, I'm certainly struggling. My lunch was good but it dang sure didn't feel me up. I used 2 slices of turkey, 2 slices of tomato and some mustard and wrapped it up in 2 leaves of lettuce. I don't think I could eat it every day but it's something new I know I can tolerate.
The only thing holding me over is I'm going to a friend's house for dinner and she's making chili that I don't know is how unhealthy so I'm trying to save as many calories as I can...
I want to try WeightWatchers. I just don't want to pay for it. Can someone tell me how many points I can have? And where I can get the points book thingy? Please and Thank You!
I got onto myfitnessplan.com to make calorie counting easier. It put me at 1200 calorie diet, which I have done before. I want to lose 2 pounds a week. I did it while on Alli, just not sure if I can do it without.
I am taking some pills, but I doubt they work... Simply because I've taken plenty of different ones and only had success with Alli. But anyway, after this bottle I don't think I'm gonna take anymore. If I start eating healthier and not trying to cheat I'm hoping to be more successful.
I do have a helpful situation at my hands. I've been noticing a certain someone staring at my GUT when we have a conversation. Hers is not any smaller than mine so I am bound and determine to give her something to look at! ugh
I got on the scale for the first time in about a month. I was fully prepared for it to say "FATASS!". But it was much nicer than I expected. I was glad to see that I hadn't gone over my highest weight. Yes, I know it's very close.
Starting Monday I will use this blog to keep count of all my calories and exercise.
I've got to learn how to stay on the wagon this time. Lord knows I've fallen off EVERY time.
