I'm here...

Still sticking with my decision to start AGAIN today.

I bought a new shirt at Target a few weeks ago.
It's super cute but I look huge...
I'm wearing it today as a constant reminder.

The treadmill is still sticking.
I'm really irritated that we wasted $100.
I'm scared of breaking my ankle.
So I'm stuck with the elliptical, again. ugh

disgusted

I've been disgusted with myself the last few days.
Partly because I'm sick and partly because I'm a slacker.

The only thing I've been doing good on is no soda or tea.
I have had coffee a few times, but it was never a lot.
Today is day 87...
I have a feeling I'm gonna be back on the sweet tea wagon soon. But I won't do sodas anymore. Let me rephraise that, I won't do dark sodas. Sometimes I just need a Sprite.

I have an appt with the urologist in 2 weeks. They've still been hurting me. If he tells me those suckers have grown I'm gonna go postal. He told me stop all the things I have and if it didn't work then he's gonna have to figure out what else is wrong!

I haven't been doing my Weight Watchers.
And I certainly haven't been getting on the scale.

I can't seem to find any motivation.

I was doing good with the treadmill last week until it started acting stupid and I did the elliptical and that just hurts my knees and hips way too bad.

I'm gonna try super hard to start fresh Monday,
wish me luck!

slacker

I'm a slacker.
I did work out last week but not enough.

My scale is apparently broke.
I replaced the batteries and it still doesn't work.
I think I'm over the digital ones.
Time to get the old school kind.

Now that I've been steadily working out I decided to try something new. Yes, I know I said I wouldn't but I can't stick to it.


I'm kinda nervous about the thermogenic but I seriously work my butt off and don't break a sweat so maybe it'll be a good thing.

& yes, I realize it has caffeine in it. This was hard to swallow at first until I thought about why I gave up caffeine initially. It was because I was trying to kick the 'soda' habit. Today is day 71 in fact. So, I can obviously not say I'm caffeine free anymore. So, I'll stick with soda & tea free!

I will try to get a scale and weigh in Friday...

Somehow I've found motivation again.
Let's see how long it lasts this time...

Kevin starts his new job next Monday.
He'll probably get nights which is totally gonna suck.
Except I'll have nothing better to do than walk on the treadmill all night...

Day 50

Today is the 50th day of no soda or tea.

Can you believe I don't even want it anymore?
Not even tea!

I wanted to start this week off right and get on the treadmill this morning but that didn't happen. I stayed up later than usual and slept in late. oops!

But I do intend on getting my butt on there this afternoon!

I forgot to weigh in this morning.

Most likely because I knew I hadn't lost the 2 pounds...

But the treadmill is fixed and I intend to start using it this weekend. It's time to get back on the track. Full speed ahead!

Still here

Another weigh in tomorrow.
I'm dreading it hard core,
thinking I may just skip it all together...

I haven't been doing cardio.
I have been doing abs and arms but not consistently.

UPS finally came yesterday w/the lube for the treadmill.
Kevin's got it working like it's brand new.

Looks like that's what I'll be doing tonight.

I'm kinda scared...
I know most people think an elliptical is better than a treadmill but I know from personal experience that a treadmill is better for me. I distinctly remember the day I was sooo excited after I joined the gym and spent 30 minutes on the treadmill. Then the next day my entire body was sore. Places hurt that I didn't even know I had or had ever used before! So to me, a treadmill is a total body workout. The only thing the elliptical has ever hurt is my calves and hip joints! haha

I'm back to full motivation today.
I'm determined to try on a pair of skinny jeans and not look ridiculous before Christmas is here!
